1 Who we are

Kheldwar is a discovery and registration platform that lists running, cycling, triathlon, trail running, walking, swimming and marathon events hosted by independent organizers across India. We help participants find events near them and complete registration, and we help organizers reach a wider running community.

2 Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or registering with the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account on Kheldwar. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate name, contact, and age/category details at the time of event registration.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3 Event listings and third-party organizers

Events listed on Kheldwar — such as trail runs, marathons, triathlons and cycling festivals — are independently owned and operated by third-party event organizers, race directors, and clubs. Kheldwar provides the listing and registration technology; the organizer is solely responsible for event planning, race-day execution, course measurement, safety arrangements, bib distribution, timing, and prize distribution.

Event details such as date, route, distance categories, and pricing are provided by the organizer and may change. Please confirm final details on the event page or with the organizer before travelling.

4 Registration, fees and cancellations

Registration fees, early-bird discounts, and category pricing are set by the event organizer and displayed on the event page. Once a registration is confirmed, it is generally non-transferable and non-refundable, except where the organizer's own cancellation policy states otherwise.

• Refunds, deferrals, and bib transfers are governed by the individual organizer's policy.
• Kheldwar facilitates payment collection but does not control an organizer's refund decisions.
• In case an event is postponed or cancelled by the organizer, Kheldwar will communicate updates as they are received.

5 Participant conduct and assumption of risk

Participating in running, cycling, triathlon, or trail events involves inherent physical risk. By registering for an event, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training and race-day participation, including risks arising from terrain, weather, and traffic.

You agree to follow the organizer's on-ground instructions, safety briefings, and applicable local laws during any event discovered through Kheldwar.

6 Acceptable use of the platform

• Do not misuse the Platform to scrape, resell, or redistribute event or participant data.
• Do not upload false results, impersonate another participant, or manipulate bib/timing records.
• Do not use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.

7 Limitation of liability

Kheldwar is a listing and registration facilitator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kheldwar is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in an event, from an organizer's actions or omissions, or from any third-party content displayed on the Platform.

8 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of Kheldwar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
