Kheldwar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, organizers, and partners to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how content ownership works on the Platform and how to report a copyright concern.
The Kheldwar name, logo, website design, layout, and underlying software are the property of Kheldwar and its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Platform's design or code without prior written permission.
Event banners, route maps, descriptions, and photographs uploaded by organizers (for example, images used for the Pune Trail Run Series, Chennai Coastal Run, or Kolkata Marathon listings) remain the intellectual property of the respective organizer or their licensed photographer. Organizers confirm to Kheldwar that they hold the necessary rights to publish this content when they list an event.
Official race photos published by an organizer's photography partner are owned by that organizer/partner. Kheldwar may display a selection of these images purely to promote the event and does not claim ownership over them.
If you upload a profile photo, review, or race result screenshot to Kheldwar, you retain ownership of that content but grant Kheldwar a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform in connection with your account or the relevant event page.

Kheldwar reserves the right to suspend or remove organizer accounts that repeatedly upload content they do not have rights to use.
